Amazing, unbeatable location in Protective Town of San Miguel district near to San Miguel Arcángel cathedral and the historic center and San Miguel de Allende. Helpful staff with a smile. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

During Christmas time, we stayed in a hotel which was clean and had a modern style. the mattress was really comfortable, and the bedding material was so plush. the hotel staff was really friendly and assisted us with our luggage before check-in and even after check-out. This affordable hotel was located in the heart of the city so we didn't face any inconvenience exploring different places nearby easily.

The biggest drawback of this hotel was that there was no chair or table in the room to put clothes on, and there was no net curtain on the window so the passersby can easily peek inside. the hotel didn't provide any parking facility, and we had to park our car one block away in a pension.

The room was reasonably large and had climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an electronic key card as pictured in advertising. The cost was usd 1287.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around by foot. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, it's perfect for exploring. The room was very comfortable, with soft pillows and linens. The bathroom was nicely designed and had fluffy towels and toiletries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it allowed us to easily explore the central area of San Miguel de Allende on foot. We were impressed with the quality of service provided by the staff, who were always friendly and willing to assist us. The housekeeping was impeccable, as the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the airport shuttle service was a convenient feature that made our arrival and departure hassle-free. this place is highly recommended for its exceptional service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

As for the cons, there really weren't any negative aspects to mention. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.
